Susan K. Miller's collages and watercolor sketches, and "found poetry" created by erasing words in an existing text (here the Oxford English Dictionary online word of the day) until only the found poem|commentary remains.
The Seattle Urban Sketchers took Light Rail today, stopping at different stations to sketch. This is the Othello station. Lots of fun, but a little too chilly.

i love this idea! I've suggested it to the Portland Urban Sketchers but we've yet to do it...i will make it happen soon!
Cool! We too had had it in the back of our minds for quite a while, but Gail Wong finally got us organized and it really worked out great.
Dear Susan,
I love this painting so much!! The haiku, "equally cold" is a catchy word use.
Cheers, Sadami
Thanks as always, Sadami. It's always inspiring to be out sketching with a group!
