Nice gentleman! FYI, I heard today on NPR that the "boldly successful" in this world are crankier than the rest of us. There is no justice here.

Yes, I heard that too. Really, isn't a "squeaky wheel" just another way to describe "those people"? So, I guess it shouldn't have come as a surprise. Darwinally, frightening though!
