No, the news helicopter was directly overhead, blowing them away. Noisily. I did wonder about the Chihuly pieces though!

Whee! Looking at this is much better than watching a video clip or photos. Is that the half-melted EMP in the lower right?

I wish I could claim so. My view was blocked by junk shapes. But had a nice view of people just stopping their cars in the middle of Mercer Street and getting out to watch the show!
