Hey Peggy, the paper was amazing!! and deserves most of the credit. Trouble is I'm still trying to figure out what it is that I pulled out of the pile! Argh!
Thanks, Sadami! Like I told Peggy, the paper had a lot to do with it -- one of the reasons to love watercolor and how it sometimes has a mind of its own -- and a much wiser one than mine!

Thanks, Gail! It's the reason I keep sticking with watercolor (FYI Daniel Smith ultramarine, cerulean, indigo, quinacridone burnt orange, quinacridone gold, anthraquinoid red, quinacridone rose, and raw umber -- what a party!!)
