Cinco de Mayo and the OED word of the day is 'mash potato.' (eyes roll) Small wonder that there was no poem in that mealy - uh, measly - entry.
So, instead, a commentary on the inverse relationship between good weather and number of boats in the harbor to paint.

I miss going to the pier back in California. San Pedro is what this reminds me of. The fishy smell and the seagulls. :)
