The cupcake honors Mr. Frank Bettendorf of Mt. Vernon. My fellow Seattle Urban Sketcher will be celebrating his 79th birthday tomorrow, and I offer a deep bow to his joy-filled enthusiastic spirit. On most third Sundays, I think he's the youngest of our group. Wahoo!!
